Welcome to Uraidla Primary School
At Uraidla we pride ourselves on providing a safe, friendly and challenging learning environment for all our students, welcoming parents and our wider community into our school life and engaging with the wider world through our learning. We aim and prepare to provide a sound education for our students using a wide range of learning methods, targeted teaching, resources and technology.
Our beautiful grounds and gardens encourage our students to get to know the natural world and our proximity to bushland and farms provides opportunities for them to become familiar with local flora and fauna.
Thanks to the busy crew at the Working Bee on the 11th of February in preparation for the Uraidla Show. We enjoyed having the parents of our inverbrackie Detention Centre students help with the weeding and cleaning and pizza making. And of course thanks to the Uraidla Sustainability fair for the loan of their mobile woodfired pizza oven. So much achieved!

Our School Motto Learn Stand Give Fly reflects our purpose: to develop a whole child equipped with all the skills to be successful in their learning and their life.
At Uraidla Primary School we encourage the following attributes in our students:
+ Confident learners,
+ A strong identity,
+ Giving to the community,
+ A spirit of inquiry
To begin 2012 we're running a program called Quality Start, aimed at developing Resourcefulness, Resilience, Reciprocity and Reflectiveness in our students. Our Quality Start program is a focussed time to develop the skills and dispositions to have a sound learning year.
