Welcome to Uraidla Primary School
Learn - Stand - Give - Fly
Welcome to our School Portal. It looks different from some other websites, but ours is a site which can be accessed by everyone to not only discover what we can offer your child during their years at our School, but our teachers can use it to communicate with each other online, share information and download/print that information if they so require. It's continually being updated and we're learning more and more about its capabilities, so please be patient with us while we learn to use it to its fullest.

Our aim at Uraidla Primary School is to encourage the following attributes in our students:
- Confident learners,
- A strong identity,
- Giving to the community,
- A spirit of inquiry
What's on at Uraidla Primary School?
On Saturday 25th the Uraidla Community celebrated our biennial bonfire and fireworks night. On a balmy night about 500 people turned up to see captain Peter Bonython and his daughter Amberly (both old scholars)from the Summertown CFS set the giant pile of wood alight. After auctions, raffles and sideshows at 9 pm a brilliant and satisfying fireworks display appeared presented by Howard and Sons.
Uraidla school community is grateful to
Blackberry Nursery, Squiers Sales & Service, Hahndorf Chemplus, RE Willsmore, AJ Parker, Hoad Water Cartage, Saverne Strawberries, Balhannah Hotel, Uraidla Hotel, Ben Wye Engineering, Uraidla Family Practice and the Bremer Cafe,
all of whom helped sponsor our $2000 worth of fireworks.
The school's already much used $58,000 playground was officially opened by our newest reception student Ashleigh Richards who sat on her father's (Old Scholar Marc Richards) shoulders to cut the ribbon.
Thanks to the Uraidla Brass Concert Band for entertaining us as the fire burnt down.
And the fireworks....Wow!!
